Refund Policy

Wilburn Enterprises LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions and one-time purchases of Wilburn OneOS. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at billing@wilburn.example and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Subscription renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle to prevent future renewals. If a renewal is charged in error or you wish to request a refund on a recent renewal, contact us within 30 days and we will work with Paddle to resolve it.
